Blast Furnace Oxygen Enrichment for a Leading Steel Group
Facing a 10,000 Nm³/h oxygen shortage across two blast furnaces (1,080 m³ and 1,250 m³) with liquid oxygen prices doubling to $114/ton, the client turned to PKU Pioneer. A 12,500 Nm³/h VPSA-O₂ system was designed, installed, and commissioned in just 73 days — a construction speed record.
