Seamless Apparel for the Equestrian Discipline
OEM/ODM manufacturing partner for equestrian brands serving show jumping, dressage, eventing, and leisure riding markets. Engineered seamless construction eliminates saddle-zone friction and stabilizes riding posture.
Built for the discipline of riding.
S-SHAPER's Seamless Equestrian Collection is a dedicated production line for show jumping, dressage, eventing, and leisure riding — engineered for the unique pressure points of horseback sport.
Through Italian Santoni seamless warp-knit construction, we eliminate the side seam discomfort that occurs during extended riding and saddle contact. Our four-piece system — base layer top, base layer pants, leg sleeves, and knee-high socks — works as a complete kit or as standalone SKUs in your private-label catalog.
Combined with core and lower-body gradient compression , moisture-wicking yarns, zoned ventilation, and silver-ion antimicrobial protection, our products meet the demands of equestrian sports for posture stability, all-day comfort, and a refined professional appearance compatible with traditional riding attire.
Four disciplines. One foundation.
Each scenario demands different functional priorities. Our base layers address the specific friction zones, compression needs, and thermal profiles of each discipline.

Multi-day endurance demanding antimicrobial durability, abrasion resistance, and thermal versatility.

Trail and recreational riding prioritizing all-day comfort, soft hand-feel, and lifestyle aesthetics.
- → Soft against bare skin
- → Merino wool option

The complete equestrian system.
Four engineered pieces working together as a complete riding base layer system, or sold individually as private-label SKUs.
Seamless Equestrian Base Layer Top
Integrated knit construction with zero side seams and zero shoulder seams — eliminating friction under riding vests and body protectors. Designed for layering invisibly beneath competition jackets and tailcoats.
Saddle-Zone Engineered Base Layer Pants
Tubular knit pant with zero crotch seam — engineered specifically for the saddle contact zone. Gradient compression supports core and quad muscles during long rides, while flat-lock waistband stays invisible under breeches.
Tubular Knit Equestrian Leg Sleeve
Tubular knit leg sleeve with internal silicone grip bands — designed to stay in place inside tall riding boots. Available in knee or thigh length depending on boot height. Ideal for layering under thinner summer breeches.
Zero-Toe-Seam Knee-High Riding Socks
Knee-high tubular socks with zero toe seams to prevent boot blisters. Gradient calf compression supports lower-leg circulation during long rides. Reinforced heel and toe with cushioned bottom for boot comfort.
Solving the real problems of riders.

The yarn behind the ride.
Equestrian apparel performs only as well as the yarn it's knit from. We source premium specialty yarns from Italy, Japan, and Germany, then engineer them into application-specific structures on Santoni's most advanced seamless platforms.
High-Stretch Nylon
Italian Q-Nova ribbed nylon with 4-way stretch and 92% recovery rate after extended elongation.
Silver Ion Antimicrobial
99.9% bacterial reduction tested per AATCC 100. Lasts 50+ wash cycles without degradation.
Far-Infrared Thermal
Bio-ceramic infused fibers reflect body heat. Raises skin surface temp by 1.8°C in cold rides.
Merino Wool Blend
17.5 micron Australian merino blended with nylon for natural odor resistance and softness.
